30 Day Unconditional Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full product-price refund as long as the item is in new condition, with original packaging and accessories. Please contact Customer Service to request an RMA number and the Return Address. Upon receipt of your returned item with shipment notice, we’ll issue a credit and notify you by email. *For orders that were shipped free: if the returned items cause your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping costs from the amount to be credited.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item?

Please contact us immediately by phone toll-free at 866-928-6633 or through our Customer Service page so we can send you a replacement. We'll also provide free return shipping if the return is a result of our error. If you purchased your product more than 30 days ago AND/OR after using it, it is defective, please contact the manufacturer at:
